Returning Goods
Goods can be returned up to 14 days after the purchase for a full product refund as long as they are unused and the packaging is in perfect condition. We regret that for Health and Safety reasons we are unable to accept returns of any toiletries.

We strongly recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case an item is lost. Please make sure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Please note that return postage cannot be refunded. Should you be sent a faulty item, we will of course reimburse you fully.


Trade Description Act
Every care has been take to ensure that the descriptions and specifications re correct at the time of going to the press. However, while the colour reproduction is a close representation, light variations in the actual goods may occur.


Legal statements
Melbury's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the good supplied by Melbury's to the customer.

Melbury's shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.

Melbury's cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated in the website or on the product.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.

Accuracy of content
We have taken great care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. However, we will only accept orders if there are no material errors in the description of the merchandise or its price as advertised on this website.

All prices are displayed including VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the merchandise ordered plus VAT at the current rate and delivery charges as set out on this website.


Availability
All items are subject to availability. Validly stated prices on our website remain in effect for so long as the merchandise is available or as otherwise stated on our website. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.


Inspection
You should inspect the merchandise upon receipt and check that everything specified on the order is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem or you cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation right and/or you return the goods in accordance with our returns policy and procedure. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date. your statutory rights are not affected.


Payment
Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Electron, Solo, JCB, Maestro and Switch and American Express. You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours.

Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Melbury's, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise.

We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you. Risk in the merchandise transfers to you upon delivery.
